In fabricating and supplying products of our own design, we are able to maintain the high quality and service standards that we promise to our customers. Through planning, forward thinking and control, we have eliminated many of the bottle-necks that can occur in aluminium fabrication. Design, fabrication, thermal improvement and finishing are all under one roof. We have strong strategic partnerships with suppliers of our main raw materials and the finishing processes. We can therefore control our customers’ orders from the raw material through to the finished product ready for installation. In that way we deliver on time meaning you install on time, taking away the frustration of not being in control. The machinery FOM machines FOM Multi-spindle This machine enables a complete bar length to be placed on the bed. To be cut, machined and prepped automatically based on details and information from our processing software. The outcome from these operations is finished components ready to be assembled to make the end product. FOM Blitz Double head mitre saw. This gives us a secondary line for cutting from the multi-spindle to provide flexibility and capacity. FOM Dahli Conventional CNC machine. Performs a variety of preps on cut bars; once again enabling us to have the flexibility to work in line with the multi-spindle.
